1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CallbackPro services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our services. These terms apply to all clients, subscribers, and users of CallbackPro. CallbackPro is a service powered by and operated under Atlas Leather & Co. LLC, registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

2. Description of Services
CallbackPro provides automated missed call text-back systems, lead pipeline management, appointment booking automation, review request automation, and related services for local businesses. Services are delivered via the GoHighLevel platform and Twilio telecommunications infrastructure.

3.1 How the SMS Program Works
CallbackPro sends automated SMS messages on behalf of local businesses following customer interactions. Messages may include missed call follow-ups, appointment reminders, review requests, and reactivation messages. Message frequency varies based on the business plan.
3.2 Opt-In Method
End users provide consent to receive automated SMS messages by placing an inbound phone call to the business phone number. This inbound call is a direct, user-initiated interaction and constitutes implied consent under the TCPA to receive a response SMS related to that call. No cold outbound texting unrelated to a prior interaction is performed. No unrelated marketing lists are used.
Users opt in by calling or interacting with the business. We do not send unrelated promotional blasts.
3.3 Message Frequency
End users will receive a variable number of automated SMS messages event. No recurring, subscription-based, or campaign messages are sent to end users without their additional explicit consent.
3.4 No Marketing Messages
CallbackPro does not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or unsolicited messages of any kind. All messages sent through the CallbackPro platform are related to your interaction with the business — limited to responding to the end user's missed call. Business clients are strictly prohibited from using CallbackPro to send unsolicited messages, bulk messages, or messages unrelated to the original inbound call event.
3.5 Opt-Out Instructions
End users may opt out of receiving further automated messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and automatically. No further messages will be sent once a STOP reply is received. The number is added to a permanent suppression list.
3.6 Help & Support
To receive help or information about the SMS program, end users may reply HELP to any message or contact CallbackPro support at riad@callbackpro.net.
3.7 Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. CallbackPro does not charge end users for SMS messages. Any charges are between the end user and their mobile carrier.
3.8 TCPA & A2P 10DLC Compliance
All SMS messaging conducted through CallbackPro complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines. All business phone numbers used for messaging are registered through the A2P 10DLC framework as required by US mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Billing
- All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup.
- Your card will not be charged during the 7-day trial period.
- On Day 8, your subscription automatically renews at the applicable monthly or yearly rate.
- To avoid being charged, cancel before Day 8 by emailing riad@callbackpro.net.
- Monthly plans: 5-day grace-period refund for accidental post-trial charges. After 5 days, charges are final.
- Yearly plans: 7-day full refund window from date of charge. After 7 days, non-refundable and not prorated.
- Usage-based fees (phone numbers, SMS delivery) are non-refundable.
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing riad@callbackpro.net. During the free trial, cancellation is immediate with no charge. After the trial, monthly plan cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Yearly plans are non-refundable after 7 days from the charge date.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CallbackPro services to:
- Send unsolicited, promotional, or bulk SMS messages
- Text individuals who have not initiated contact or provided prior express consent
- Violate TCPA, CTIA guidelines, or any applicable federal, state, or local law
- Harass, abuse, or harm any individual
- Send fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content
- Impersonate any person or entity
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: providing accurate business information; ensuring their customers' data is handled in compliance with TCPA and applicable privacy laws; maintaining login credential security; and notifying CallbackPro of any unauthorized use of their account.
8. Limitation of Liability
CallbackPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding any claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
CallbackPro services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business outcomes including lead recovery rates or revenue results.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Virginia.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
