How Opt-In Works
Users opt in by calling or interacting with a business that uses the CallbackPro service. By calling or interacting with the business, users consent to receive automated SMS messages including follow-ups, reminders, review requests, and occasional reactivation messages. Message frequency varies.
- The end user places a call to the business phone number
- If the call goes unanswered, this inbound call constitutes the user's consent to receive automated SMS messages related to their call
- No prior opt-in form, keyword, or marketing list is used
- No cold outbound texting unrelated to a prior interaction is performed under any circumstances
- This model is compliant with TCPA because the end user initiates the communication
1. Program Description
CallbackPro is a done-for-you missed call text-back service for local businesses. CallbackPro sends automated SMS messages on behalf of local businesses following customer interactions. Messages may include missed call follow-ups, appointment reminders, review requests, and reactivation messages for past customers. Message frequency varies based on the plan. The message informs the caller that their call was received and invites them to reply with their needs so the business can follow up.
CallbackPro is operated by Atlas Leather & Co. LLC and is not affiliated with Twilio, GoHighLevel, Google, or Meta.
2. Opt-In Method
End users opt in to receive automated SMS messages by placing an inbound phone call to a local business that uses the CallbackPro platform. This inbound call is a direct, user-initiated interaction and constitutes implied consent under the TCPA to receive a automated SMS messages in response to that call.
CallbackPro does not:
- Send messages to purchased or rented phone number lists
- Send cold outbound messages to individuals who have not interacted with the business
- Send unrelated promotional blasts
3. Message Frequency
End users will receive automated SMS messages as appropriate. The first message is sent immediately when the missed call is detected (within 10 seconds). A single follow-up message may be sent within 1–7 hours if the caller has not responded, depending on the plan the business client has subscribed to.
There are no recurring, scheduled, or campaign-based messages sent to end users without additional explicit consent from the end user.
4. Message Content
All messages sent through the CallbackPro platform are related to your interaction with the business. They are limited to:
- A notification that the business missed the caller's call
- An invitation to reply with their inquiry so the business can assist them
- A link to book an appointment (on applicable plans)
- A single follow-up message if no reply was received
We do not send unrelated promotional blasts. Messages are limited to follow-ups, reminders, review requests, and reactivation messages related to the business the user contacted.
Every message includes opt-out instructions: "Reply STOP to opt out."
5. Opt-Out Instructions
End users may opt out of further automated messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received. Upon receiving a STOP reply:
- The opt-out is processed immediately and automatically
- No further messages will be sent to that phone number
- The number is added to a suppression list to prevent future contact

6. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on the end user's mobile carrier and plan. CallbackPro does not charge end users for any SMS messages sent through its platform. Any costs are solely between the end user and their mobile carrier.
7. Data Usage & Privacy
End customer phone numbers are collected solely from inbound call records and are used exclusively to send the automated missed-call SMS response described in this policy. Phone numbers are:
- Never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for any purpose
- Never used for unrelated promotional outreach
- Never added to any unrelated marketing list
- Retained only as long as necessary for service delivery and legal compliance

8. A2P 10DLC Registration
All phone numbers used by CallbackPro to send SMS messages are registered through the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person, 10-Digit Long Code) framework as required by US mobile carriers and The Campaign Registry. This registration identifies our messages as legitimate business communications and ensures compliance with carrier regulations.
