When a customer calls or interacts with your business, our system sends automated SMS messages including follow-ups, reminders, review requests, and reactivation messages as appropriate for your plan. The message goes out in your business name. If the lead replies, their information is automatically captured in your lead pipeline — no manual effort required from you or your staff.

When you sign up, your card is stored securely but not charged. You get full access to your plan for 7 days. If you cancel before Day 8 by emailing riad@callbackpro.net, you pay nothing. On Day 8, your first subscription payment is automatically collected. You'll receive a reminder before the trial ends.

On Day 8, your card on file is charged your plan's monthly or yearly rate. If you were charged accidentally or didn't mean to continue, contact us within 5 days of the charge for a full refund. After 5 days, charges are final on monthly plans. Yearly plans have a 7-day full refund window from the date of charge.

Monthly billing charges you each month and you can cancel anytime with effect at the end of that billing period. Yearly billing charges you once for the full year at a 20% discount — equivalent to 2 months free. Yearly plans are non-refundable after 7 days from the charge date and are not prorated if you cancel early.
