1. Who We Are
CallbackPro is a done-for-you missed call text-back automation service operated by Atlas Leather & Co. LLC, registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. We provide automated SMS messaging services on behalf of local business clients ("Clients"). References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to CallbackPro and Atlas Leather & Co. LLC.

2. Information We Collect
From Business Clients (Subscribers)
- Business name, address, phone number, email address, and industry
- Payment information — collected and processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers
- Login credentials and account usage data
From End Users (Your Customers)
End users are the customers of our business clients — the people who call a business using CallbackPro. We collect:
- Phone number only — obtained from the inbound call record when a call is placed to a business phone number managed through CallbackPro
- The date and time of the missed call
- Message delivery status (whether the SMS was delivered)
- Opt-out status (whether the end user replied STOP)
We do not collect names, email addresses, location data, or any other personally identifiable information from end users unless they voluntarily provide it in their SMS reply.
3. SMS Messaging — How We Use Phone Numbers

How it works: When an end user (your customer) places an inbound phone call to a business using CallbackPro and the call is not answered, CallbackPro sends a automated SMS messages to that caller on behalf of the business. The message informs the caller that their call was missed and invites them to reply with their inquiry.
This is the primary purpose for which end customer phone numbers are collected and used. Phone numbers are not added to any marketing list, database, or outreach campaign. They are not used for any communication unrelated to the original missed call event.
Message frequency varies. We do not send unrelated promotional blasts. Users opt in by calling or interacting with the business.
Opt-Out
End users may opt out of receiving any further automated messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and automatically. The phone number is added to a suppression list and no further messages are sent.

Data Deletion Requests
End users may request deletion of their phone number and associated call/message records by emailing riad@callbackpro.net. We will process deletion requests promptly and confirm completion by email.
4. How We Use Information
Business Client Information
- To set up, operate, and maintain the CallbackPro service
- To process billing and manage subscriptions
- To communicate about accounts, trial periods, and billing
- To provide customer support
- To comply with legal obligations
End User Information
- To send automated SMS messages to a missed inbound call
- To send a single follow-up message if no reply is received (on applicable plans, within 1–7 hours)
- To maintain opt-out suppression lists
- To comply with TCPA and A2P 10DLC regulatory requirements
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share end customer phone numbers with any third party for marketing purposes.
We share data only with the following service providers, who are contractually required to protect your data:
- GoHighLevel — CRM and automation platform that powers our service
- Twilio — telecommunications provider that delivers SMS messages; A2P 10DLC registered
- Stripe — payment processing for business client subscriptions
- Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users
6. Data Retention
- Business client account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and for up to 90 days after cancellation
- SMS message records are retained for 12 months for compliance and regulatory purposes
- Phone numbers on suppression lists (STOP replies) are retained indefinitely to prevent accidental re-contact

7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, secure cloud infrastructure, and restricted internal access controls. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify affected parties within 72 hours as required by applicable law.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP

9. Cookies
Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics that sell your browsing data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
